Lena Sisco credits her success to one word, perseverance. Her future goals include continuing to expand the company.

As the co-founder and the President of the Congruency Group, LLC, I train individuals in the art of science of human interaction. TCG trains professionals in rapport and confidence building, detecting deception, elicitation, counter-elicitation, questioning techniques and identifying personality preferences to enhance personal and professional relationships and communication. I have been training and instructing for Department of Defense personnel for 11 years and now I want to bring my skills and expertise to a wider audience. I am Six Sigma and Instructional Systems Design certified, and a certified Body Language Expert, Train-the-Trainer Senior Instructor with the Body Language Institute. My prior career as a Naval Reserve Officer and deployment during the Global War n Terror paved the way for my recent success in my new venture. I recently joined the National Association for Professional Women and I’m in the midst of writing a book on how to detect verbal and non-verbal deceptive tells in order to rid deception in your life. Expected publication by Summer 2014. My spare time is devoted to my rescued pets and the prevention of cruel and inhumane treatment of animals.
