Richard McManus

 
Richard McManus is the SVP of Bank of America.  He has 30 years of extensive program management experience delivering complex technology solutions that solve business problems. He leverages change management, relationship management and project management to deliver these solutions using Six Sigma or Agile methodologies.
 
Richards’s day-today responsibilities include managing a large diverse team whose responsibilities range from the safekeeping of critical bank documents to simplifying and improving processes at the bank. He is responsible for managing a $20 million dollar operational budget. He received his Bachelors’ of Science in Economics from the University of Tampa.
 
Richard remains on the Advisory Committee within his town and participates in Habitat for Humanity as well as volunteering/donating to the Food Bank. He sends 5 days a quarter doing volunteer and charity work.
 
In the next 3-5 years, Richard is looking to leverage his expertise to help build organizations from chaos to global success. He attributes the keys to his success to relationship building, program management (both personal and business activity management), and change management. His greatest accomplishment has been working for two years on the capital calculators for Bank of America- which generates the capital reserves of the franchise and are highlighted during quarterly earnings reports.
 
In his spare time he enjoys travel, golf, tennis,  and casual reading. He resides in Pembroke, MA.
