Specialist in corporate law, Secretary of the Board of Directors of more than 23 companies of the PMI Group. Great knowledge in corporate governance and compliance of companies incorporated in Mexico and abroad, since she received a training in the city of New York, in the law firm called Height Gardner Poor &; Havens, now Holland & Knight.
Qualified Arbitrator by the Chamber of Commerce of Mexico (CAM). Member of several international associations such as WISTA (Women International Shipping Trading Association). Mrs. Marquez has published several articles about energy and trading of hydrocarbons, the most recent in the English e-magazine called All About Shipping, Co UK, entitled: The New Legal Regime for Hydrocarbons Market in Mexico.
