After being with Jose Milton & Associates for 21 years, Rex M. Barker worked his way up to the title of Sr. Vice President of Operations. Rex supervises all banking transactions and financial activity for the company. He is currently responsible for the financing of all the condo projects for this second generation family owned business.  Rex overseas the main office in Coral Gables and a staff of 25 professionals, including IT, Accounting, Payroll and HR employees. The company was founded in 1960 and has 7000 high-end apartment rentals in the Miami Dade County of Florida. Rex is fluent in Spanish and English.
