Rolando Pelliccia has been in his industry for over 32 years, with experience in enterprise learning and personal development. Rolando is currently serving the role as Founder and Managing Director of Contexto- Ambientes de Aprendizagem (Learning Environments), a small specialized firm based in São Paulo. The company is a living environment company, and Rolando manages a team of about 8-10 associate consultants, selling projects to clients and delivering as well. Rolando has a strong background in facilitate processes of strategic alignment and in lead consultants’ teams on projects of cultural identity, leadership development, executive coaching and assessment, team effectiveness and commercial capabilities. Rolando does most of his business internationally, working with partners in Colombia, Mexico, Chile, Peru, Argentina and Spain. He has designed and delivered training programs for clients both in Brazil and Latin America. Aside from his busy schedule, Rolando engages with 2 community organizations, working with boys from the ages of 7-16, coaching and assisting with rugby. As far as public speaking engagements, Rolando takes part in coaching, lectures, and making speeches with open institutions. His work has been published twice (2011 & 2013) in the Harvard Business Review on topics related to challenges of major cultural differences and learning environment. Rolando bases his success on helping people and always putting the needs of others before his own. At this stage in his career, Rolando is seeking to network with like-minded professionals and share his experiences. Future goals are fully oriented to consolidating a great brand for the company that Rolando is starting up, and to be recognized by the Brazilian market as a reliable and effective partner.
