With over 31 years of experience, Albert supplies SME- owners with practical advice, working on project management and streamlining to increase sales. He also assists the owner in understanding and choosing what areas to target and focus on, and what to achieve.
A specialist in change management, sales management and entrepreneurship, Albert implements custom business strategy and development solutions for his clients. He is an expert in team building and restructuring, project management and leadership development.
Albert is Fellow and Accredited Associate (FInstIB), of the Institute for Independent Business (IIB) and Accredited GOLD™Coach by Noble Manhattan Coaching Ltd. He has a background in engineering, shipbuilding and management, lending to his broad skill set and ability to advise clients from a range of industries.
Albert credits his success to understanding that every client, no matter what industry, has one characteristic in common: “they don’t know what they don’t know.” He helps the SME-owner to make informed decisions, whether he or she is familiar with the issues at hand, and to enact long-term effective business strategy for their unique organization.
A resident of Laren, Netherlands, Albert speaks English, Dutch and German. Outside of running his successful company, he enjoys competitive sailing and golf.
