The International Society of Business Leaders Recognizes Alvaro Peralta

With more than 37 years of professional experience, Álvaro Peralta is a Lawyer, graduated from the University of Costa Rica, in commercial and banking law, and Owner of the DLP Law Firm. Legal Peralta law firm, where he specializes in corporate and business law, M&A, Business, Finance and Banking, as well as external consulting and work in the international market.

He has held positions as Legal Director of several international companies and national and external banks in Costa Rica, Central America and the Caribbean region.

Álvaro has his Master’s Degree in Business Administration from the International University of Puerto Rico, Senior Management Courses from the Central American Institute of Business Administration, (INCAE), and Associate Degree from Harvard University in International Business, and is a member of the Costa Rica Bar Association. In the future, he plans to find another position on the board of directors of commercial companies, in banking, or in international organizations that regulate activities in these matters. He also hopes to network with like-minded professionals around the world.

In his free time, Álvaro likes to travel.
