Bianca Palosanu is the Director of Talent Acquisition for Best of the Best Consulting Services Limited (BOTBCS), a firm that specializes in professional services in the oil and gas sectors. With more than 20 years of workplace experience, Bianca is a seasoned energy industry professional and helps to place talented industry professionals with notable employers. Operating on a global multinational level, she searches for practical solutions to successfully match top employees to employers.
 
Early on in life, Bianca Palosanu developed a strong work ethic that, in part, derived out of sports and word class coaching. After earning a Bachelor of Engineering in Mechanical Engineering from the Technical University of Bucharest in Romania, Bianca went on to complete a Bachelor of Science in Petroleum Engineering Technology from the Southern Alberta Institute of Technology. Entering the world of business, she had the focus, determination and drive to move forward, immersing herself in the world of energy resources and production.
 
Throughout her impressive career before joining BOTBCS, Bianca has progressed through a variety of roles, including as Senior Petroleum Technologist, Senior Petroleum Exploration Technologist, Reservoir Engineering Technologist, and Reservoir Development Technologist. Today, she resides in Calgary, Canada, where in her spare time she enjoys sports, fitness, travel, volunteering with her church and tutoring.
