Christy Renier is the Senior-Executive Communications Consultant of TargetCW, a contingent workforce and hiring solutions management company offering payroll, vendor management and staffing services to meet both domestic and international business needs. With over 16 years of experience in management, recruitment and human relations, Christy is an expert in communications, change and program management, and executive leadership.
 
Passionate about her work, Christy credits her success to the strong team she has built around her and being able to recognize and optimize opportunities as they arose. Prior to her work for TargetCW, she served as the CIO Communications Business Partner at the Kimberly-Clark Corporation.
 
In addition to a Bachelor of Business Management and General Communications degree from Concordia University Wisconsin, Christy is currently pursuing a Project Management Certificate from the University of Wisconsin-Parkside.
 
She is a BlackBelt PRO through MELCRUM Internal Communications, and brings her wealth of knowledge with her wherever she goes. Christy is a member of Women in Technology, the International Association of Business Communications and Toastmasters International.
 
Active in her community, Christy volunteers through her local church and spent 6 years as a volunteer Event Coordinator for the Appleton East High School Wrestling Program.
 
She resides in Appleton, Wisconsin, where she enjoys exchanging and learning from different cultural experiences as she continues to grow as a person and executive.
