Daniel Barragán is the Director of Food and Beverage at Marriott International’s Sheraton Mexico City Maria Isabel Hotel, where he is responsible for handling restaurants, bars, event areas, the banquet room, minibars and the kitchen areas, as well as budgeting and investing in new trends.
Daniel holds his Bachelor´s Degree in Business Administration and Marketing from the Les Roches International School of Hotel Management, which he obtained in 2005. Moving forward, he would like to be a managing director of the hotel and hopes to network with likeminded professionals, worldwide, as much as possible.
In his spare time, Daniel enjoys cooking and sports, particularly soccer and golf.
