Dr. Fabien Rousset is the Bioseparations Manager at Chiral Technologies Europe, the global leader in enantioselective chromatography a key element in drug discovery and development. Serving the pharmaceutical and other life science industries, the firm offers the largest portfolio of chiral stationary phases (CSPs) and analytical and preparative chiral columns for the separation of racemic mixtures into single enantiomers.
 
Having been a part of Chiral Technologies’ executive team since early 2016, Dr. Rousset oversees marketing, product development, acquisitions and technology development as global management of the Bioseparations business unit. With a solid background in chemistry and an entrepreneurial mind, he discovered an interest in the chemical field at the age of 16 and has progressed in the industry ever since.
 
With a PhD in Chemistry and Biopharmaceuticals from the University Pierre and Marie-Curie 6, prior to joining Chiral Technologies Dr. Rousset served as the Research and Development Manager at PALL Corporation, and in numerous directorial positions for Novasep.
 
Dr. Rousset resides in Strasbourg, France and speaks fluent English, Spanish and a working proficiency of German. He lives by the motto, “go ahead and innovate all the time. Don’t live in the past.”
