Emmanuel Petit is a very successful and exceptional businessman and great asset to his company. As Finance Director of Nestle, he handles the finances and budgets, serving as corporate controller. He also drives business growth, manages revenue, and engages in strategic planning for the firm.

An adaptable senior finance executive, he is a cross-cultural business leader with Fortune Global 500 experience across Business Partnering, Financial Planning and Analysis, Strategic Planning, Accounting, Treasury, Costing, and Auditing. Transparent and courageous leader with headquarters and market leadership role expertise. He offers proven business acumen and versatile leadership capabilities to lead directly or through influence in multicultural & matrix environments.

Since January of his year,  Emmanuel  is leading the digital transformation for the Finance Area at Nestle Mexico and part of the steering committee driving digital transformation at company level.

Emmanuel is genuinely motived by the opportunity to make a difference and leave a legacy. As a business and finance executive, he is driven by the opportunity to influence companies and markets while advancing the careers of his team members through coaching and mentoring. He always motivates his teams to “go above and beyond” and provides them with the necessary freedom to try their own way and allowing to fail without fear of repercussions. He is particularly proud of the number of former team members that still seek his advice and counsel, even long after our work together ended.
