Ernest E. Washington, Jr. is President of Vanguard Parking & General Services Corporation where he serves as General Manager. Ernest is also Co-founder, past president, and treasurer of the Concerned Black Men of Massachusetts, Inc.
 
Ernest received his Master of Public Administration degree in Public Administration from Northeastern University and Bachelor of Science degree in Management from Bentley University. He is passionate about educating, training, and mentoring inner city youth and preparing life skills in young, at-risk, inner city black and brown boys. He is dedicated to educating the world and catalyzing positive change.
 
A father and grandfather, Ernest is particularly skilled in team building, strategic planning, public speaking, program management, leadership, entrepreneurship, marketing, fundraising, and contract negotiation. In his spare time, he enjoys target shooting and cycling. He resides in Mattapan, MA.
