Gancho Ganev is Director of Megatron. With over 17 years of experience in machinery, he started his career in 2000 in diagnostics, repair, and technical support. Gancho’s responsibilities at Megatron include service & parts, along with recruiting and development. His skills include but are not limited to negotiations, business development,  product development  and business strategy. Gancho has continuous self-development in Professional Executive Management Programs and graduated in 2012, were he studied in BEIED Bulgaria. Megatron’s main purpose is distributing of John Deere equipment and services. They are an Distributor for the territory of Bulgaria such products as arrow red John Deere. Gancho has excellent knowledge of the Bulgarian market due to his extensive years of experience in machinery.  Gancho is well-trained is sales and service, and he contributes to the success of Megatron every day.
 
Much of his success is due to his knowledge of strategy development, marketing, financial structuring, and project management systems. Gancho successfully finished John Deere’s most advanced Aftersales Program, ALPINIST, in 2014. He is fluent in English. In his spare time he enjoys spending time with his family and playing table tennis.
