The International Society of Business Leaders Recognizes Jean Ochse

 
Jean Ochse is Head, Benefits Tracking & Extraction, Retail Banking, Standard Bank of South Africa, located in Johannesburg. Jean’s professional qualifications and experience span the fields of finance (CA(SA)) and customer experience (CCXP/CXPA). She has worked across a number of industries in a variety of functional roles as well as line management. Prior to stepping into her current position, Jean served as Head of Business Banking at Standard Bank.
 
Jean originally studied to be a Chartered Accountant and earned a B.Com with honors in Accounting from Rhodes University. While achieving ISO certification at work, she studied quality management and completed the Total Quality Management program in Process and Quality from UNISA. Jean is affiliated with the CXPA. She dedicates her free time to advocating human rights, environmental issues, education, and animal welfare.  Jean resides in Halfway Gardens, South Africa.
