Jessica Bachus is the Executive Director and Founder of Dolls for Daughters and Kenzi’s Kidz, a nonprofit founded in memory of Jessica’s daughter Kenzi, who was tragically stillborn in 2007. This venture strives tirelessly to make a notable difference in the lives of children living in poverty in Colorado through various programs and donations.
 
After Jessica received her Master’s in Library and Information Science from the University of Denver Colorado, she went on to earn a Certificate in Nonprofit Leadership from the University of Florida.  Prior to founding her nonprofit, Jessica served as a teacher in Denver public schools.  Also a dynamic presence and prolific public speaker, Jessica presents at Women’s Leaders lunch-ins regularly, and speaks to school age children on the importance of philanthropy. Currently, her primary goal is to successfully grow the Holiday Dolls for Daughters and Toys for Boys Toy Shop, which has provided new toys to children in need for 6 consecutive years. She is a member of the Cherry Creek Chamber.
 
Jessica resides in Denver, Colorado and enjoys reading, spending time with family, traveling and volunteering, when not engaged with work.
