Joel G. Gibbs is the President and CEO of Accurate Machine Shop, a one-stop-shop for hard to machine precision parts located in Alvin, TX, and proudly inherited from Joel’s late father. With over 40 years of experience in his industry, Joel holds unprecedented expertise in engineering, executive operational business management, product development, and negotiation. The owner of 2 machine shops, he opened Accurate Machine Shop II located in Henderson, Texas in 2007 specializing in wash pipe with large through hole (14-1/2” ID) CNC’s & a 20” thru hole manual lathe. He is known as the “Wash Pipe King of Texas”, and with a new facility currently in the works near Rosharon, TX catering to the refinery business, Joel credits his great success to graduating from the school of “hard knocks”, and harnessing a dynamic entrepreneurial attitude. He is an active member of the American Petroleum Institute (API).
 
In addition to his work, Joel is a passionate humanitarian, and donates his time and resources to the local FHA as well as various police officers’ organizations. When not engaged with work, he is a lover of music, particularly country western and classic rock.
