Kristina Tallarico is the Chief Executive Officer of Igelwirt GmbH & Co. KG, a family run hotel located in the heart of Franconia, and operating since 1892. Offering excellent service to vacationers and business guests, the perfectly situated hotel offers access to a region of beauteous bounty for nature lovers to discover, and world-class cuisine certain to delight gourmands.
 
Offering rooms tailored to either the rustic or modernist style, all rooms are carefully furnished in the spirit of German “Gemütlichkeit”, or friendliness. The majority of rooms offer picturesque views over the valley, and accommodations to suit solo travelers and larger groups. Kristina oversees the business strategy, corporate strategy and management of the hotel, including its budgetary needs and forecasting. She has received a number of awards over her distinguished career including but not limited to the Young CEO’s Award, Germany, 2011, and a Hospitality Career Award Nomination, 2012
 
Kristina earned a Master of Business Administration in Business, Management, Marketing and Related Support Services from the Henley Business School. She speaks Germans, English and a working proficiency of Italian. Outside of running the hotel, she enjoys charity work, skiing, snowboarding, running and, travel, fine food and wine.
