Lilia Hernandez, Human Resources VP at MetLife, is a senior executive professional with over 30 years of experience in HR management, organizational & talent development, labor relations management and top management building. Her career is focused primarily in the financial sector and telecommunications industries. Lilia has a strong capacity for diversity and leadership development and is reputed as making things happen, development of strong teams, having strong strategic vision focused on business management and creating value.
 
Lilia has a Masters degree from IPADE and a Bachelors degree from Universidad Nacional Autónoma de México. Always working with the highest of standards, she is now focusing on developing her career as a professional coach and is currently building her practice.
