The International Society of Business Leaders Recognizes Mourad El Ariss
Mourad El Ariss is the Managing Director and Partner of Consolidated Consultants sarl ,( which is a Lebanese company registered at the commercial chamber of Beirut ) Mourad supervises architectural projects and designs, a skillset well within his wheelhouse as he holds over 35 years of experience in the field of architectural design, interiors, property development and renovation. He graduated in 1981 from The American University of Beirut with an architectural degree.
Currently partner and managing director of Consolidated Consultants sarl concerned in architectural consultations and property development, he is looking forward to expanding their business and connecting with other like -minded professionals, as well as gain recognition of being a member of The International Society of Business Leaders. His experience is housed in different positions associated in the fields of architecture, interior design, real estate, property development, renovation and permits.
One of Mourad’s greatest assets is dealing effectively with people at all levels. His outstanding communication, presentation and negotiation skills maintain his success at all times. He is well versed with architectural professional computer packages, and is a master of Lebanese municipal, building and permit laws.
In the next few years, Mourad would like to continue growing and expanding his business. He credits his success to his hard work and strong focus. He is very proud of the progression he has made in his career, as well as the projects he has had the opportunity to work on. He is looking forward to networking and connecting with other like-minded professionals, and to gaining the recognition and credibility of being a member of the International Society of Business Leaders. In his spare time, he enjoys travel and reading.
Outside of work, Mourad is most proud of his family- a thoughtful wife and three children. He has two daughters- the eldest a Landscape Architect graduating from the American University of Beirut, and the second with a BBA from the American University of Beirut and a Master’s degree from the University of London’s CASS Business School in Insurance and Risk Management. His son is in high school at International College Beirut.
He is a member of The Lebanese Order of Engineers, The American Concrete Institute (Lebanon Chapter), Lebanese Solar Energy Society, The Association of Beirut Family League, and is Vice President and Member of The Ariss Family League.
