Nicola Garuccio is entrepreneurial-minded professional with over 20 years of experience in international sales and strategic business development for the cosmetics industry. He is well known for his excellent leadership skills, especially leading in a global matrix organization.

Nicola was one of the founders of the business segment “active ingredients” within Clariant, which was very significant for the growth and innovation of the company. In 2015, he co-authored a publication for Cosmetics & Toiletries on the delivery of polymers for new lipstick application. His vision for the future is to move up the executive chain to Senior Vice President. He looks forward to networking and collaborating with likeminded  professionals and speaks fluent English, Italian and some Portuguese and Spanish.
