Philip Archinal has over 30 years of experience in leadership. As Director of Sales for Altice, he led a team of four managers, 12 supervisors, and 60 sales reps, driving strategy, acquiring new customers, exceeding targets, and developing relationships. Philip also has extensive experience in coaching leaders, developing talent, and dealing with complex issues.
Prior to his role as Director, Philip was Manager for Suddenlink Communications for 8 years leading teams as large as 11 supervisors and 100 sales reps. Philip began his career as a Foodservice Director for Aramark and spent 15 years in eight different accounts across School Support and Campus Dining. He has 5 years in leadership positions with Wireless and Education Technology companies.
Known for being able to engage others, build a thriving work culture, and inspire others to win, Philip holds a bachelor’s degree in Restaurant, Hotel and Institutional Management from Texas Tech University.
Philip recently earned his Green Belt Certification in Lean Six Sigma. He has also earned many awards over his career, 21 in all, including: Client Retention, Base Business Growth, Marketing, Customer Service, and several Sales Success awards. In 2002, Philip was the runner up for the prestigious Eagle Award, for Manager of the Year, with Aramark Corporation.
