The International Society of Business Leaders Recognizes Philippe Elsen

 
Philippe Elsen is the Global Components Manager of Mölnlycke Health Care, a world leader in medical products and solutions, to help healthcare professionals achieve the best in patient care, clinical and economic outcomes. With over 35 years of experience in the medical and healthcare industry, and more than 3 decades of executive and management level experience, Philippe serves as the component strategist for the production of custom procedure trays in two production sites: Karvina, Czech Republic and Toulouse, France. He is a seasoned senior global sales and marketing professional, adept at working in multicultural environment. As a clinical specialist, he regarded the components in commercial, quality and regulatory aspects, by managing the component approval team, including its regulatory aspects.
 
After earning a bachelor’s degree in Nursing from the Ecole d’Infirmièr(es)s annexée à l’Université Libre de Bruxelles, Philippe went on to complete a master’s degree in Hospital Management from the Université libre de Bruxelles. He quickly established himself as a rising talent in the area, moving from serving as a Registered Nurse to being the Adjunct to the Medical General Director of CPAS de Charleroi. Prior to joining Mölnlycke Health Care as a Product Specialist in 1986, he served as the Nursing Director for the Hôpital Civil de Jumet for 2 years.
 
Philippe hopes to continue to use his expertise in commercial and management functions on the global scale to aid the recruiting of top healthcare and technology professionals. He credits his success to a broad multicultural experience, acquired over the different environments and projects on which he has worked. Fluent in French, English and Dutch, Philippe resides in Brussels, Belgium.
