Phillip Gilkes is the currently the CEO of Indiana-based Business Consultancy, Filbert Consulting Group LLC. The focus of the Consultancy is on Customer Experience management, Service sales growth and Service Operations Optimization in the Technology space, specifically working with OEM’s in the Material Handling, Airport Logistics and Critical Power Industries. He was formerly the Chief Security Officer at Fireking Security Group where he had complete P&L responsibility for a $40 million Service Division. Prior to that he was Vice President of a Siemens Business segment with P&L responsibility for $80 million in business, overseeing over 200 people, along with the strategic development of the segment. In the next 3-5 years he hopes to grow the Consultancy profitably and expand the portfolio of offerings to other market segments.
 
Phillip considers himself to be a people person, he enjoys working with them, traveling, and being his own boss. He developed a strong interest in customer service throughout his years of experience. He credits his success to his empathy with the customer, as he is an advocate for the customer. When not working he does volunteer work for his local church and also foreign missionary work in Central America He enjoys spending time with his family doing outdoor activities near their home in New Albany, Indiana.
