The International Society of Business Leaders Recognizes Ragnar Reitan

 
Ragnar Reitan is the Managing Director of Nordisk Fundamentering AS, one of Norway’s leading companies in foundation works and construction. Offering services in piling, sheet piling, drilling and ground reinforcement, the firm was established in 2010 and today numbers of 120 employees. Ragnar holds over 23 years of experience in management and engineering, particularly in the oil and gas sector, and joined the Nordisk Fundamentering in 2013.  He has deep experience overseeing Oil & Gas projects, and held the position Vice President in AF Gruppen with responsibility for onshore oil & gas projects, for 7 years (2006-2013).  He oversees the daily operations of the district offices, and stands as a main liaison between the firm and their notable private and public clients.
 
With a strong background in civil construction, oil & gas and general management, Ragnar earned a Master of Science in Construction Engineering from Norwegian University of Science and Technology (NTNU). He also holds a Master of Business Administration from INSEAD’s Young Managers Programme, and completed Dale Carnegie Training in Strategic Presentations.
 
Ragnar has a passion for practical work and finds great satisfaction in the realization of projects from blueprint to reality. He has expertise in general and strategic management, negotiations, oil & gas, heavy machinery, and large complex multidiscipline projects.  When not working, he enjoys cross-country skiing, hunting and fishing in the beautiful Trondheim area of Norway.
