Ramiro De Leon is the CEO of Masisa, Mexico, a role he has held for since year 2015, prior of this position he was in charge as CFO since year 2008. Ramiro oversees all operations at Masisa, a company who is conquering the preference of customers with the most innovative, sustainable and reliable industry brand fiberboard and wood particles, maximizing the creation of economic, social and environmental value. He started his career as a Finance Manager with GE for 10 years, which gave him valuable experience in financial planning and investment analysis. Over his career as a financial professional his experience has taught him the importance of looking at the company as a whole with attention to finances, the employees, and the community at large.
 
During these 8 years, he has lectured frequently on Corporate Social Responsibility and the importance of Environmental Care. He remains very interested in sharing of information and networking with other professionals, and resides in Mexico City, Mexico.
