The International Society of Business Leaders Recognizes Reginaldo Zanella

 
Reginaldo Zanella is the Senior Sales Manager for Latin America at Oracle, a leading multinational information technology and communications company that brings comprehensive and fully integrated cloud applications, platform services and engineered systems to the global market. With over 27 years of experience in management on the national and international level, Zanella has been a leader in his industry in both Brazil and the United States.
 
For Oracle, Zanella is responsible for corporate sales across the LATAM region, and has eight direct reports stationed in different regions of Latin America. Focused on the satisfaction and loyalty of his clients, he implements sales structures, methodologies and processes in new areas, while optimizing preexisting structures and operations to ensure best practices.
 
After earning a bachelor’s degree in Electronic Engineering from Faculdade de Engenharia Industrial in 1983, Zanella went on to complete a MBA from Fundação Getulio Vargas in 2009. He has held several executive positions, including international account manager at Siemens, business development manager of enterprise communications at Siemens, regional sales director at Siemens Enterprise Communications, senior sales manager at Dell Computers, regional sales manager at Processor, and sales manager at F2 Information Technology (F2it), prior to acquiring his current role.
 
Zanella is most proud of the work he did at Siemens, where he successfully brought the company in Southern Brazil from sixth to first in sales in only a few years. He attributes his success to his commitment and results-driven focus, and exceptional managerial skills. He occasionally is invited to speak publicly on topics of management and sales expertise for industry conferences about sales solutions.
 
Zanella resides in the São Paulo Area of Brazil. He fluently speaks Portuguese, English and Spanish, and he has working proficiency of German. Outside of his professional endeavors, he enjoys travel, playing sports, Formula 1 racing, and is an avid reader.
