Sandhya Sahasranaman is the Co-Founder of Sunrays Management Consultancy, a firm that provides human capital management advisory services to businesses in Dubai and beyond. With nearly 25 years of experience in HR and executive administration, she provides coaching support to clients, offering interventions to spend exclusive time with employees to understand their issues and support them in achieving their optimum performance, which in turn results in higher productivity for their organization. Driven by a love of people, Sandhya finds great reward in helping others achieve their goals and unlock their full potential.
 
After earning a Master of Business Administration in Human Resources from Indira Gandhi National Open University, Sandhya served as a Recruitment Officer for Emirates Airline at the UAE National Recruitment section. Quickly establishing herself as a rising talent in the field, she became Senior Officer, HR Excellence for the DP World Corporate HR Head Office, where she went on to hold the position of HC Services Manager for 3 years.
 
She holds extensive international certifications in her fields including International Certificate in HR Practices (CIPD) for the UK, and is an Occupational Ability Test User & Administrator by The British Psychological Society. She is also certified as a NLP Practitioner through Evolved Coaching of South Africa, and is a Certified Professional Coach through Wainwright Global Inc. In July 2016, she also completed a diploma in Hypnotherapy by the Hypnosis Motivation Institute of California.
 
Sandhya resides in the United Arab Emirates and speaks English, Marathi and Hindi. In her spare time, she enjoys reading, travel and yoga.
