Sean Ament is the Director and Principal Consultant at Sailgraph, a firm that helps clients develop new business opportunities and processes, train and restructure teams, and introduce businesses to new markets on a national or international scale. Also offering translation and interpretation services, the firm helps client navigate new or turbulent “seas,” and sail through new waters to reach their goals.
 
With 30 years of experience in business leadership and management, Sean is a seasoned upper management professional with expertise in project management, operations, team leadership and CAPEX approval. Known for a hands-on approach to management, he leads with integrity, dynamism and creativity, and serves as an invaluable resource for his colleagues and clients. With Sailgraph, he focuses on restructuring, optimization, product and project management, best practices, continuous improvement and change management. He consistently provides his clients strong results amidst tight deadlines and budgets, ensures stakeholder satisfaction and customer satisfaction.
 
After studying Electrical Engineering at the Escola de Engenharia Mauá, Sean went on to earn a degree in Business Administration from the Universidade Paulista. Prior to founding his consultancy, he served as the Senior Projects and Supply Chain Leader for RR Donnelley.
 
A resident of Sao Paulo, Brazil, Sean speaks fluent English and Portuguese, as well as a working proficiency of Spanish. He is highly flexible in terms of traveling for work and open to relocation. Outside of his work endeavors, Sean enjoys scuba diving and reading.
