Steven Abboud is the COO of PhaZZer® Electronics Inc., a company that has dedicated itself to making PhaZZer® the dominant player in conductive energy weapons while saving lives with this non-lethal alternative to traditional weaponry. PhaZZer® Electronics is home to one of the industries’ top CEW’s by design, performance and durability. The PhaZZer® Enforcer CEW is state of the art, and has been proven to be one of the best Less-lethal CEW’s on the market for sworn members of law enforcement and approved private security. Steven is convinced that PhaZZer® protects and saves lives that would otherwise be lost. Many believe PhaZZer® is a product with a purpose.  Steven saw the conductive energy weapon market dominated by a single monopoly player, and saw a need for a new product. Today, this state of the art company offers cartridges and training for safe and effective use. They offer not only the industry standard; 15’,21’, 25’ dart, and 21’ training cartridges which are all nitrogen propelled- but also offer pepper powder, pepper balls, rubber balls, and paint ball cartridges.  All ammunition is compatible with the Taser M26, X26E, and X26P. The PhaZZer® Training Institute (PTI) offers inter-active online and in-person training for members of law enforcement and approved private security. The PhaZZer innovative courses are designed to provide cost effective training built around your schedule. Users may train to a standard of excellence, not to a clock- while all is premised on the responsible use of these weapons systems.

Steven’s tenacity and past experience helped him quickly dominate a segment of the conductive energy weapon market. His proudest achievement has been making something out of nothing, as he transformed his initial insight into a successful business.

An alumnus of Arizona State University, he graduated with his Bachelors of Science in 1994.  Steven is certified in the safe use of conductive energy weapons. Outside of work he supports the American Heart Association and Red Cross, and calls Davenport, Florida home.
