Syed Farhat Raza is an independent business consultant who provides technical advisory and support services in the for quality and safety management sector. With over 25 years of experience in the industry, he is an expert in ISO 9001, 2200, HACCP and BRC. Known for stressing unilateral safety culture through proper coaching, training and accountability in the workplace, he is qualified to direct processing, product development, processes and operations, training initiatives, and supply chain efficiency. Syed strongly believes that we should not create a program but need to develop a culture, where everybody from top to bottom, left to right must be committed with quality, safety and productivity. This is his working style, which makes him different from traditional way of work.
 
Syed’s impressive career has led him to make an impact across Europe and the Middle East, holding positions in Saudi Arabia, Holland, Pakistan, Iran and the United Kingdom. He has worked for an advised industry giants including Nestle, Friesland Campina, Haleeb Foods, Dairy Pakistan, Medina Dairy and Kalleh Dairy Iran.
 
After completing a Bachelor of Science in Agriculture from the University of Agriculture in Faisalabad, he continued on at the University to complete a Master of Science in Food Technology. Syed also holds a MS-TQM degree in Quality Management from the University of Punjab.
 
Currently based in the United Kingodom, Syed enjoys frequent world travel as part of both his professional and personal lifestyle.
