The International Society of Business Leaders Recognizes Todd Gerspach

 
Todd Gerspach is a highly influential executive and industry influencer.  He is currently serving as the Chief Operating Officer for ProTeck Valuation Services, a financial services company.  With more than 20 years of leadership experience in the financial services, manufacturing and healthcare sectors, he has a proven track record of driving positive change from strategy development to tactical execution within Fortune 25 and mid-cap privately held organizations.
 
After earning a bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering from the Milwaukee School of Engineering, Todd went on to earn a master’s degree in Industrial Management from Northern Illinois University. He also holds an MBA in Business Management from Rutgers University. He is certified in Production and Inventory Management (CPIM) by APICS, and is a Model-Netics Certified Instructor (Mgmt Training & Development Program) through Main Event Management.
 
Prior to joining Pro Teck, Todd held several executive positions including, Vice President, Operations at Express Scripts, General Manger, Tempel Steel Changzhou and General Manager, Bergstrom China.  Todd’s China experience includes a 9-year expatriate assignment.  In 2007, he was recognized as an Honorary Citizen of Changzhou for his contributions to Changzhou’s economic construction and social undertakings.
 
Todd’s business acumen has allowed him to successfully manage and train business executives in both the United States and China. He has mentored, coached, and trained executives for leadership roles in his past companies. Highly esteemed in his industry, he gave the keynote presentation in Chicago for the Changzhou Foreign Investment Bureau in 2007 as well as the Asia America Chamber of Commerce of Boston in 2016.
 
Today Todd resides in Boxford, Massachusetts, where in his spare time he enjoys cycling and mountain climbing.
